Sometimes all you have is not enough

Sometimes life is like a dream

Sometimes dreams aren’t what they seem

Sometimes laughter can heal your heart

Sometimes it’s laughter that breaks it apart

Sometimes the world goes faster than you can go

Sometimes even fast is still too slow

Sometimes going home is the only thing on your mind

Sometimes home is the only place you can’t find

Sometimes you are too tired to sleep

Sometimes you are too sad to weep

Sometimes freedom holds you back

Sometimes a wedding dress is black

Sometimes loneliness is what you need

Sometimes there’s a harvest without a seed

Sometimes darkness can be too bright

Sometimes rain gives you delight

Sometimes you think you understand

Sometimes you know you really can’t

Sometimes what sets you free are restrictions

Sometimes what makes most sense are contradiction

Gravity of Life

I've realized that in Life, giving is something that nobody can take away from you,

It just follows you the rest of your Life..

Something to Ponder

Today we have higher buildings and wider highways, 

but shorter temperments and narrower points of view.

We spend more, but enjoy less. 

We have bigger houses, but smaller families. 

We have more compromises, but less time. 

We have more knowledge, but less judgement. 

We have more medicines, but less health.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. 

We talk much, we love only a little, and we hate too much.

We reached the moon and came back, but we find it troublesome to cross our own street and meet our neighbors. 

We have conquered the outer space, but not our inner space.

We have higher income, but less morals… 

These are times with more liberty, but less joy… 

With much more food, but less nutrition…

These are days in which two salaries come home, but divorces increase. 

These are times of finer houses, but more broken homes.

FRIENDS

Friends are sacred to me. I like having many friends and enjoy the good company.

But having friends goes along with a price. 

The joy of having friends is indescribable but have to face a great pain when seeing them go.

That's part of having friends; to meet and to depart.

I always wish friends are for keeps though the reality is some friends come and go like passing clouds.

I miss some friends whom I crossed paths once and whom I don't see anymore..

To all my dear friends, this is my hope for a true meaning of friendship.

If I'm the bread, my friend is the butter,

when spread on the bread, we can click together.

When I cry, my friend understands why,

She will be by my side to let it go by.

On every gloomy day, my friend is the sunshine,

That shoos the gloominess from this soul of mine.

Many a time , I stumble and fall,

But I'm glad, my friend gives a hand for me to hold.

The misfortunes of life tears the happiness from me,

My friend puts back the torn pieces like what it used to be.

Come what may; rain, shine or harsh weather,

My friend will always be there to give me shelter.

To my dear friends, wherever you are,

You all are my priceless jewel forever.!!

when people decide to leave you for good, you have to let them.

No matter how much you don't want them to, there are some things that are far beyond our control.

And even if you have the strength to fight for them,

You have to accept the cold, harsh truth

Missing Someone

Searching a face so familiar,

Sad to say, it isn't here,

Wish so much to be near,

With someone who's very dear.

Starring the sky so afar,

Hoping the days to be closer,

When you and I are together,

Sharing life with each other.

Like a gem, you're so rare,

Hard to get just anywhere,

Precious bond needs lots of care,

Losing you will make me scared.!!
